Berk Dağman was born on July 19, 1989 in Nicosia. He completed his primary school at Şehit Ertuğrul Primary School, Secondary School Şehit Hüseyin Ruso Secondary School and High School at Nicosia Turkish High School. He completed his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Near East University in 2012. He continued his graduate education at the Near East University in 2013. Berk Dağman has been working as a Research Assistant in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Near East University since 2013.

Berk Dağman has been a member of the Chamber of Electrical Engineers since 2012.
