– He was born in Nicosia in 1963.

– He started his journalism career in 1981.

– He served as a Photojournalist for 20 years.

– In 1991, he founded the Northern Cyprus Photojournalists Association and served as its president.

He opened 11 personal exhibitions. He repeated some of these exhibitions in Istanbul, Ankara, Adana, Izmir and Akşehir.

He organized the Near East University International Photography Days 8 times between 1999 and 2013.

– He graduated from NEU Fine Arts and Design Faculty, Plastic Arts – Painting Department in 2012.

– He opened his first personal painting exhibition called “Our Walls” in 2016.

– He completed his Master's Degree in Fine Arts and Design in 2018.

– Basic Photography, Press Photography at Near East University since 1991,

He teaches Studio Photography, Advertising Photography and Image Processing courses.

– He is the Program Director of NEU Photography and Cameraman Vocational School.

– He has 7 published books on the history of Cyprus photography and photography.
