He was born in 1966 in Paphos town of Cyprus. After completing his primary and secondary education in Cyprus, he graduated from O.D.T.U Civil Engineering Department in 1990. In 1993, he completed his master's degree in O.D.T.U Civil Engineering, Building Materials Department. He worked in various companies in the private sector (Bingen İnş. Devlet Mahallesi construction site, and Alfa Prefabrik (laboratory and production of prestressed reinforced concrete bridge beams) in Ankara) between 1992 and 1994. He completed his military service in 1996 as a reserve officer (in the isthkam project unit). He has been working as a full-time lecturer in the Civil Engineering Department of Near East University since 1995. He has worked in many projects and supervision works in Cyprus since 1995 has received. He is married and has two children.
