Assoc. Dr. Tülen Saner was born in Nicosia, her father is an architect and her mother is a housewife. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Famagusta. After graduating from Namık Kemal High School, he continued his education at the American University in England for a while. Later, he came to Cyprus and continued his education at the Near East University. He graduated from Near East University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1993. Assoc. Dr. Saner is the first graduate of the Department of Business Management. Well-known by his circle of success, Assoc. Dr. Saner received his master's degree from the International Relations Department of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of the Near East University in 1995. Soon after, he was awarded his MBA Master's degree in 1999. Assoc. Dr. Saner completed his doctorate in Management and Organization at Near East University in 2006. Due to his achievements, he was appointed as the Vice President of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 2007. He won the support scholarship provided by the European Union and conducted studies and studies for a certain period of time at Bournemouth University Tourism School in England in 2009. As a result of his outstanding achievements and performance in the academic field, he was appointed as the Director of the School of Tourism and Hotel Management in 2009, and he still continues this duty.

Assoc. Dr. Saner has 16 international papers and articles (4 of them within the scope of SSCI). Managing the doctoral thesis, Assoc. Dr. Saner has also directed many graduation projects and master's theses.
